Semi-autonomous water supply

Semi-autonomous water supply in MODOMUS is realized by means of large water tanks. They need to be refilled periodically with water.

A water tank of 4 cubic meters for a 2-3-person household should be refilled once every 7 days.

A tank of 8 cubic meters, with the permanent residence of a family of 2-3 people, must be filled every 14 days

Autonomous power supply systems with an annual capacity of up to 15 MWh.

In a maximum configuration of up to 30 panels and 4 batteries of 5 kW each.

The three-phase system can power appliances with a total capacity of up to 20 kW (6.7 kW per phase - e.g.

refrigerator, TV, electric light, circulation pump, video system, etc.).

Automatic Biological Wastewater Treatment Plant

Automatic biological wastewater treatment plant TOPAS. The model is custom-designed by MODOMUS for fully autonomous use.

The station belongs to the class of sewage treatment facilities of deep biological treatment. The treatment plant is connected to the outlet of the sewage line of the house, after treatment comes out clean technical water.

According to the principle of purification, Topaz is a relative of large municipal sewage treatment plants, with the difference that all the cleaning processes take place inside a single compact size housing. At the same time it is not afraid of frost, does not require the addition of bio-additives and call the sewage collector.

A modern house cannot exist without air recovery, MODODOMUS has a recuperative ventilation system that provides a constant supply of fresh air without the need to open windows.

Each room has a Blauberg VENTO Expert A50-1 W recovery exchanger installed by default, which provides a balance of humidity and controlled air exchange to create an individual microclimate.

Wi-Fi data exchange between multiple room units for coordinated operation.

Control via smartphone or tablet with Android or iOS operating system.

Air Conditioning

Design inverter air conditioner HAORI from Toshiba.

Domestic air conditioner Toshiba HAORI series is manufactured with inverter control and the ability to work in heating mode down to -15'C.

Energy efficiency class of air conditioner of HAORI series is A+++.

It works on the new version of R32 refrigerant.

The option of controlling the split system from a smartphone, via Wi-Fi network is available.

Energy efficient underfloor heating for the comfort of your feet

This underfloor heating is enough to heat the entire house without additional heaters.

In the bathroom

Underfloor heating is realized by means of electric heating cable.

In all other rooms

The floor heating is realized with ECOFILM F heating foil, which provides an even temperature distribution over the entire floor surface.
